Why is my brand card still not generated post payment?

A brand card is generated for the amount you entered or selected prior to making your purchase. However, there may be a rare scenario wherein your brand card purchase may get delayed due to network-related issues. In such a case, we would request you to check back in 3-4 hours on the status of your purchase.
